SURGEMAX by Olympus is a portable surge hopper that is designed to reduce haul-truck cycle times by maximizing delivery system productivity. The hopper has a massive capacity of 45 cubic yards and can accept full loads of various materials such as roller compacted concrete (RCC), rock, sand, dirt, and cement treated base from dump trucks or from a pugmill or central mix concrete plant. This eliminates downtime between your loaded trucks leaving and your waiting trucks being loaded.

Bin extensions are incorporated to minimize travel height while significantly increasing bin capacity. The bin extensions are easily raised and lowered by the opearators.
