The short answer: no.
Our primary focus is:
Supplying new equipment (STRATOS, OLYMPUS, AmeriPatcher, AmeriSpreader)
Selling used and consigned equipment
Supporting the machines we’ve sold.
For equipment bought through PavementGroup:
Basic troubleshooting by phone or email
Guidance on likely causes and next steps
Help identifying parts and component sources
Coordination with manufacturers or local service when needed
In some cases, limited repair or commissioning work may be performed through our Selkirk, NY facility or trusted partners, but this is handled case-by-case.
To be clear and avoid surprises:
We do not run a full “bring-anything-here” public repair shop
We do not advertise full rebuilds or ongoing maintenance contracts for the general market
We do not take responsibility for machines we’ve never sold, sight unseen
If you need heavy mechanical work, fabrication, or engine/transmission repairs, we’ll usually point you to a local heavy equipment shop, dealer, or OEM service center.
