The mini-HERCULES pugmill system by Olympus is a compact and powerful solution for a variety of applications, including cold mix asphalt production, soil cement production, lime treated base, cement treated base, and more. Weighing in at under 11,000 lbs., the mini-Hercules pugmill mixer can be towed by a 3/4 ton pickup truck, making it highly portable. 

The pugmill mixer includes a twin shaft pugmill mixer, bidirectional pugmill, reversible chromium paddles, replaceable Hardox liner for the pugmill mixer, 24" vulcanized belt, troughed idlers, belt scraper, 30hp motor, linear actuator-controlled bin gate door, and a 7CY cold feed bin with a 9'4" loading height, all mounted on a double axle trailer.

The onboard Danfoss control system is user-friendly, allowing the operator to enter the density of the material(s), set the bin-gate opening controlling the volume of material that flows from the bin, adjust the belt speed, and adjust the percentages of water and/or emulsion. The mini-HERCULES also offers several optional features, including a split bin, split gate, water pump, water meter, asphalt pump with filter cleanout system, Coriolis meter, return scraper, wrap drive system for CTB, snub pulley, cement feed port, impact rollers, self-cleaning tail pulley, and low pickup return rollers.
