Description
Used 2009 RSL VEB5000, 10tph Asphalt Recycler on Mack Truck
Features:
- Batch Mixing Drum - tilts to dump
- Approx. 10 tons per hour output
- 5 tons per batch capacity drum mixer with lifters
- Batch times of approximately 20-40 minutes at 300F (moisture dependent)
- Diesel heating system
- Generator Set
- Top loading bin with hydraulic pusher/chunk breaker for feeding RAP chunks into drum
- Push button control panel
- Mack Truck (details to be provided)
- Less than 150 Hours on recycler
- Was used by the US Air Force as part of their rapid runway repair testing program whereby the GIs produced virgin asphalt as well as recycled asphalt, used on runway repairs
