Overview: We have 3 unused, stored indoors, pugmills, built about 2014. The hydrofracking sand needed to be cleaned. These pugmill plants are designed to allow you to dump the tailings into the cold feed bin. A scalping screen prevents oversized material from entering the pugmill. A feed auger at the bottom, moves the mud along the auger path to the discharge end. A 90 degree elbow to a vein feeder, then another 90 degree elbow to another vein feeder allow a constant flow of material to the raised 30-50tph pugmill mixer. A large mobile silo sits alongside with a vein feeder to allow ash or lime or other products to be fed into the pugmill. The end product can then be sold to contractors for multiple uses or safely disposed of. This is a rare opportunity to save 150,000 over the cost of a new system.

3 complete systems are available, all in EXC, unused.

Pugmill mixing system: 30-50tph pugmill system, was originally designed for the gas and oil industry for mixing well drilling mud with ingredients such as lime, cement and asphalt. It may also be suitable for other applications. The system is completely portable and allows the gas company to convert a waste stream product into a useable finished products.

The drilling mud is dumped into the cold feed bin which has a steel screen on top.  Material passing through the screen deck is then mixed via a twin auger feed system.  The augers also move this material to a perpendicular auger which then moves the the drilling mud mixture into a nuckle and uphill using a vein feeder that discharges into the elevated 30-50 tph pugmill. A vein feeder from the lime silo, moves lime, concrete or other materails from the silo into the pugmill where they are mixed.

Often times the system is used to lower the pH of the soil from perhaps 7 to 1. Other products are introduced to create a final product that can be sold or used to build roadways or parking lots.

About a dozen of these systems have been installed successfully in the oil and gas industry for the purpose noted.
