Warranty: All new equipment comes standard with the original manufacturer's warranty and is most generally for one year (as with Stepp Mfg, Cleasby and Panther). Reeves Kettles come with a 3-month warranty. All refurbished equipment comes with a 30-day warranty. Non-refurbished used equipment is sold as-is.

Extended Warranty: On select equipment, you may choose to purchase an optional extended warranty for up to 3 years. Call for details.

Warranty Duration: The warranty begins when the customer takes delivery of the purchased equipment and shall terminate the specified number of days from delivery.

Transferability: The warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Exclusions: The warranty will be honored so long as the purchaser or its affiliates have operated the equipment in compliance with the operating procedures prescribed in the equipment Operating Manual, and so long as the equipment has not been damaged, abused, modified, altered, converted, or used as part of any subassembly or configuration for which it was not intended. Equipment must have been maintained as is reasonable and necessary.
