Screener Crusher
ALLU Screener Crusher is a versatile accessory for a wheel loader, excavator or skid steer. With ALLU Screener Crusher you can screen, crush, pulverise, aerate, blend, mix, separate,feed and load materials all in one stage. This revolutionary working method is called alluizing.
ALLU Screener Crusher adds to the base machine’s scope for action and thus also increases your company’s profits. You can replace stationary screens, crushers and feeders with ALLU Screener Crusher or use it as a pre-processor for these machines. ALLU Screener Crusher can process many types of material such as topsoil, excavated soil, contaminated soil, clay,peat, bark, compost, biowaste, construction waste, milled asphalt, glass and several other materials. Allu makes soil remediation a breeze and is a great fit for the gas pipeline industry.
Fine Screening
ALLU Fine Screening attachment can be mounted to a wheel loader, excavator or skidsteer. With ALLU D -series Fine Screening attachment you can screen, aerate, mix, separate, feedand load different materials in one step operation. ALLU Screen is an exellent tool for handling eg. different soils, waste and compost, when the end product needs to be fine.

With an ALLU Screener Crusher you will be able to screen and crush materials in different fragment sizes from 40 mm to 100 mm. Important features include:

Strong series attachments for screening & crushing are designed for 16 – 35 tonne excavators and 8 – 22 tonne wheel loaders. The Strong series is exellent for medium heavy and heavy applications. The maximum driving output of strong series is 110 kW.

In ALLU D-series all the nuts and bolts are moved behind the machine away from the material flow. This makes changing the drums and maintenance of the machine easier. DrumsSelecting the right type of drum is the first step in adapting the bucket for a certain material according to the customer’s requirements.
Blades/HammersThere are eight different types of blades available. The selection of blades is the next step in adapting the Screener Crusher to the wanted requirements. It is extremely important to use right blades for different materials. The use of correct blade type improves the quality of the end product, reduces wear and increases the capacity of the Screener Crusher attachment. Counter bladesThe type of counter blade of the Screener Crusher depends on the drums. Each drum type has its own counter blade. The counter blade functions as a counter piece for the upper and lower drum and the material is screened or crushed against it. In other words, the counter blade increases the crushing and screening power of the bucket. The counter blade also protects the frame. There are two main types of counter blades, straight and comb. The counter blade is a standard accessory for the blade, so the correct type is installed at the factory. Crushing barsCrushing bars increase the crushing capacity and produces finer fragment size. |
