Overview
This portable recycler/plant is recycles asphalt millings (plannings) and produces virgin hot mix from raw ingredients, produces high-performance cold-patch, colored mixes and specialty blends. The SRM20-120 is a continual feed plant designed for simple one man operation. From the heated liquid additive bin, liquid AC and emulsions are metered into the mixing chamber. An oversized loading bin screens larger chunks out when loading with a bucket loader. Unloading is simple as our exit conveyor moves material to a hotbox, dump truck or storage bin.

Description
The PT20 Asphalt Recycler is designed to recycle asphalt millings RAP and produce virgin hot mix from virgin materials as well as produce high-performance cold-patch, colored mixes and specialty blends. The SRM20-120 is a continual feed plant designed for simple one man operation. A heated liquid additive bin allows heated liquid additive or emulsions to be pumped and metered into the mixing chamber. An oversized loading bin screens off oversize chunks of material when loading with a bucket loader. An exit conveyor moves material to a hotbox, dump truck or storage bin.
