Overview
The PT5000 Mobile Asphalt Recycler and Mobile Asphalt Plant is built like a tank. It is designed for batch asphalt recycling and is capable of recycling large asphalt chunks up to 2 feet in diameter or asphalt millings as well as produce virgin hot mix and high-performance cold-patch. The PT5000 provides a recycling rate of 5 tons per batch and allows a full batch to be discharged in just 3 minutes. Your batch dumps quickly keeping your asphalt hot in the winter months. A hydraulic discharge door allows for precise and quick material discharge to wheelbarrow, bucket or the ground. The recycler is self-cleaning, just empty it when you’re done. A timer allows you to batch your loads and shutdowns after the desired time has elapsed. This recycler is simple to operate and designed for one man operation.
