Overview
Our most portable recycler/plant is designed for roadway patching of potholes, utility trenches, & small asphalt repairs. It is a favorite of airports and municipalities needing hot mix year round. The Patch Maker recycles asphalt millings (plannings) and large chunks. It also produces virgin hot mix from raw ingredients, high-performance cold-patch, colored mixes and specialty blends. Material loading is simple via a conveyor belt or via a large top loading hopper bin. The batch design means you can keep the mix warm and 'use it when you need it'. A heated tack tank and applicator wand allows tack spraying of repair area. Material may be discharged to the ground, shovel platform, machine bucket or via our optional conveyor belt. Environmentally friendly 'low smoke emissions' design.

PT10 Asphalt Recycler: Fully Mobile Self-Container Asphalt Recycler and Batch Plant requires no support equipment. Millings are fed directly from the towing vehicle via the loading conveyor.
