Description
Our low profile Bottom Fired and Flue fired Roofing Kettles are designed for heating, hauling storing and pumping asphalt and emulsions and roofing tar products. Our melter kettles are built to work with various materials; bitumens, emulsions, crack sealants, seal coating materials and roofing materials.
On our flue fired kettles material is heated via propane or diesel which fires down a flue submerged in the melter kettle tank. The flues are easily removable for maintenance and cleaning. These machines are ommonly used for foundation spraying, melting of roofing materials, heating of emulsions, asphalt crack sealing, loop detector sealing, asphalt seal coating and other purposes. Our kettles have a variety of available options to suit your specific needs. They feature a rear mounted curbside control panel with automatic temperature controls. Our Applicatoer Kettles can be configured with pumping systems, spray bars, spray hoses, heated tack tanks, flush systems, variious lighting options and a host of other features.
