Our completely flameless asphalt patch trucks and asphalt hot boxes do not require propane or diesel fuel resulting is a considerable energy cost savings. Our asphalt patch bodies efficiently heat, haul and discharge hot mix asphalt for roadway, parking lot and other pavement repairs. Dependable solid construction, high-heat retention and significant cost savings making our asphalt patchers a DOT first choice. Our patch trucks are used throughout the year, but are most appreciated during the winter months. Our asphalt patch truck bodies are offered with auger and dump style discharge making unloading a snap. Auto temperature controls allow hot mix asphalt temperatures to be adjusted at night from 0-350F. At ambient temperatures of 40F, the PK-40HSD retains 90% of its heat at 8 hours. Extra mix can be heated at night by setting the optional timer to turn the heat on a few hours prior to the crew's start time.
