Pair this unit with our PT30-SM, 30 Gallon Stationary Melter.  This allows you to feed the smaller kettles with the larger kettle.   Perform your primary melting with the larger 30 gallon melter.  This allows for excellent recovery time.  Each time you refill your walk behind applicator/bander with hot pour crack sealant, add a few blocks of sealant to the 30 gallon melter to top it off.  The crack sealant blocks will melt much faster when emersed into a kettle that's already half full of hot material.

Wheels: The kettle wheels are made of 1/8" thick steel, thin but strong.  This prevents hot tar from sticking and allows the unit to pass over adjacent cracks that haven't fully cured.  If the wheels do accumulate crackfiller, simply melt it off using the torch burner which is included with the kettle.
