PT-30SM Melter Kettle
Our 30 gallon PT-30SM Stationary Crack Sealing Melter Kettle is designed for direct fire melting of rubberized asphalt crack sealants.  The PT-30SM is ideal for filling concrete and asphalt cracks in parking, roadways and driveways.  The PT-30SM is also ideal for sealing loop detector seems and cracks. 

Pair up with our 10 Gallon Walk Behind Melters. The smaller melters peform the application work, while the larger 30 gallon melter does the primary melting.

The 30 gallon melter is ideal for feeding the smaller walk behind crack sealing melters. Set the PT-30SM at the back of your trailer. After arriving at the jobsite, set your empty 10 gallon walk behind melter beneath the molasses valve of your 30 gallon melter.  Fill the smaller kettle with our rubberized crack sealant.  Before heading off to crack fill, refill your 30 gallon melter with our Direct Fire Crack Sealant in order to allow time for the additional material to melt while your off applying crack sealant.  Use the hand agitator to mix the material for 60 seconds with each refill.

The PT-30SM is very affordable, saving you money with low start up costs while making you money by allowing you to run your crack sealing crew from the back of your pick up truck while offering the same quality as you'd get from our larger oil-jacketed heated wand kettles.
