Pair this unit with our PT30-SM, 30 Gallon Stationary Melter.  This allows you to feed the smaller kettles with the larger kettle.  Rather than running the 10 gallon walk behind melters empty each time and waiting for freshly added material to melt, you perform your primary melting with the larger 30 gallon melter.  This allows for excellent recovery time.  Each time you refill your walk behind melters with hot pour crack sealant, add a few blocks of sealant to the 30 gallon melter to top it off.  The crack sealant blocks will melt much faster when emersed into a kettle that's already half full of hot material.

The PT-10WM is a super affordable, quality built walk-behind crack sealer.  It gives contractors the ability to perform high-quality crack sealing repairing without the need to purchase an expensive pumper kettle.  The PT10-WM saves time and increase profits.  The PT-10WM is a 10 gallon "Asphalt Melting Kettle On Wheels" allowing you to get where bigger kettles can't go (such as between buildings).  It also allows the crew to work without dedicated a man to driving around a truck all day, which is necessary with our larger tow behind pumper kettles.
 
Wheels: The kettle wheels are made of 1/8" thick steel, thin but strong.  This prevents hot tar from sticking and allows the unit to pass over adjacent cracks that haven't fully cured.  If the wheels do accumulate crackfiller, simply melt it off using the torch burner which is included with the kettle.

Agitator: The kettle has a simple hand activated material agitator which frees any blockage that might accumulate at the top of the valve body.  Hand agitation of the hot rubberized material also prevents the meltible plastic wrapper from plugging the valve intake.

Durable: Our crack sealant applicators are painted black and the inner and outer box are both made from 14 GA steel and will not warp.

Fast Start-Up: Begin crack filling in just 15 minutes!!  Complete with a propane burner and hose, the system allows for fast heat up and melting of the crack filler.
