The WolfPac 3100 Double Drum Static Roller has everything customers demand as standard equipment - including hydrostatic drive and power steering, tilt and adjustable steering.  The WolfPac power plant features an 18 HP Honda Twin Engine.  The 3100 can take on a grade of up to 30%.  The vibratory can be turned off for static compaction.  Oour roller comes complete with an industry standard Cocoa Mat Water Distributor, rather than a sprinkler system.  An Adjustable Seat, Tool Box and Engine Enclosure are standard equipment. 

Visibility is excellent with unobstructed view of the Left and Right roller path for precious placement of the front and rear drum along edges and curbs.

OPTION: ROPS system for roll over protection.

An isolated, dedicated hydraulic circuit for steering and eccentrics optimizes both operations simultaneously. Parker® seal lock hydraulic connector system provides leak-free pressure, torque and vibration. High quality Eaton transmission
pump is durable, delivers optimum performance.

The WolfPac 3100 features an overall design that’s properly balanced to prevent scuffing or gouging. Heavy duty machined 35" wide drums with tapered edges provide smooth asphalt finishes. The corrosion resistant, gravity feed water system allows maximum water to the drums, prevents asphalt from sticking. And spring loaded, urethane scrapers evenly spread water over drum surfaces, reducing asphalt build-up.

The rugged, yet lightweight, contoured swing away hood delivers optimum air flow through the engine compartment. The styling maximizes line of sight to the roller front, rear and sides. The hood swings away to provide easy service access to the engine compartment components.

Large capacity hydraulic tank delivers cooler hydraulic oil, reduces heat and contamination for longer hydraulic component life. Large, oversized fuel tank and 40 gallon reinforced polyethylene water tank with level indicators minimize refilling stops, provide quick visual fluid level checks.

Service Made Simple
The hydraulic front frame bulkhead design allows for easy insertions of diagnostic equipment. Hydraulic and fuel tank drains are accessible and clearly marked. The water system sprinkler bars are easily removed for convenient cleaning.
