Our STRATOS Chip Sealing Distributors are designed for spraying asphalt emulsion products prior to the application of stone chips. Our diesel heated asphalt distributor tanks are ideal for spraying a variety of lower temperature products such as SS1, CRS, CSS-1 and CRS2 and 35+ other emulsions, heating up to a 200F. Our quality built steel tanks provide reliable durability along with top notch American-made components such as our Viking pump, Honda engines, Beckett diesel burner, Dexter axles, Hannay hose reels and Parker hoses. Stratos chip sprayers are designed and engineered for ease of use and reliability and a host of options are available such as spare tire, overnight heater, remote control spraybar on/off, 8', 12' and 14' spraybar, computer monitor with ground radar, historical data recorder and more.
While you won't find our Stratos Asphalt Distributors to contain all the features of a Rosco or Etnyre distributor truck, you will find a highly reliable, well thought-out and affordable machine that gets the job done. We keep ease of use and simplicity in mind to make your job easier.

What's Included? STRATOS comes standard with a 50' 1/2" hose and spray wand. An optional 8', 12', 14' spray bar can be added. A thermostatically controlled diesel heating system and flush out system are standard equipment.Stratos helps you get the job done professionally.
Choose 400, 600, 1000 gallon trailer capacities. Choose from 400, 600, 1000, NEW! 1500 Non-CDL and 2000 gallon tanks for for truck chassis mounting and flat-bed mounting.
