The PT5000 Mobile Asphalt Recycler recycles asphalt chunks and asphalt millings at a rate of approximately 15 tons per hour.  The asphalt plant also produces aviation grade hot mix asphalt from virgin materials.  A full 5 ton batch of HMA can be recycled in just 20 minutes.  A hydraulically controlled discharge door allows for precise and quick material discharge to a wheelbarrow, paver, bucket or directly to the repair site.  An optional exit conveyor moves material to a truck.  The PT5000 is self-cleaning and a timer prevents overheating with self-shutdown.  The PT5000 requires just one operator using push button controls.  Minimal operator intervention is required. A full batch can be discharged in less than 1 minute.  A Cyclone particle filter separator and a Baghouse are available to further eliminate smoke and fumes.  Other options include a built in scale with digital printout, conveyor loader and side load bin.

Our most portable recycler/plant is designed for roadway patching of potholes, utility trenches, & small asphalt repairs. It is a favorite of airports and municipalities needing hot mix year round. The Patch Maker recycles asphalt millings (plannings) and large chunks. It also produces virgin hot mix from raw ingredients, high-performance cold-patch, colored mixes and specialty blends. Material loading is simple via a conveyor belt or via a large top loading hopper bin. The batch design means you can keep the mix warm and 'use it when you need it'. A heated tack tank and applicator wand allows tack spraying of repair area. Material may be discharged to the ground, shovel platform, machine bucket or via our optional conveyor belt. Environmentally friendly 'low smoke emissions' design.

The SRM20-120 is a continual feed plant designed for simple one man operation. From the heated liquid additive bin, liquid AC and emulsions are metered into the mixing chamber. An oversized loading bin screens larger chunks out when loading with a bucket loader. Unloading is simple as our exit conveyor moves material to a hotbox, dump truck or storage bin.
