Distributors Trucks & Trailers - Our truck and trailer mounted asphalt distributors are built for efficient and accurate heating, hauling, storage and spray application of AC, asphalt cement and emulsions. Ideal for applying bitumen and emulsions to roadways, parking lots and base stabilization projects of all sizes. Their highly efficient design makes for affordable operation, while providing precision spraying of bitumen, emulsion and tack coating materials. Our distributors allow you to choose tank capacity, heating system, spray bar width and other configuration options.
Our 300 and 550 gallon Distributor trailers are ideal for spraying tar emulsion, coal tar based products and chip seals such as SS1H, CRS, CRS2P. The pressure sealedtank allows material heating up to 170F using a propane burner heating system. Material is pumped via the onboard 8gpm circulation pump powered by a dependable Honda engine. Material can be ordered with a spray bar, rear platform and spray wand. Electric brakes, DOT lights, choice of hitch style, 8 gallon poly cleanout tank and 30 gal propane tank are standard equipment. Skid mount setup is available.
Our 600-3,000 gallon distributor trailers are built for efficient and accurate heating and or application of asphalt cement, tack coat and emulsions. Our trailer mounted units are available in 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 2000 and 3000 gallon capacities. Choose either propane or diesel heated. A simple to use curbside control panel offers switch control of the spray bar, hand wand and circulation system. Automatic temperature controls can be set to maintain a temperature from 0-550F. Our hydraulic extension spray bars allow up to 12+ feet of spraying width.

Truck mounted units are available in 1000, 1800, 3000 and 4000 gallons and offer a basic or fully computer controlled pumping system. The diesel or propane heating system allows for full circulation, spray bar and hand wand pumping, with electronic thermostat temperature controls and a circulation flush system to reduce hazmat disposal fees.
Our slip in and hook style distributor tank systems are built for efficient and accurate heating and application of AC, asphalt cement, tack coating and high-temperature materials. These pumping spray systems are available in 600, 750, 1000, 2000 and 3000 gallon capacities. Choose either propane or diesel heat. A tether allows for full control of the sprayer from the cab or alongside. Choice of spray bar allows for spraying a width of up to 12'.
