Offered in 165, 250 and 400 gallon, these diesel fired kettles are ideal for medium and large parking lot and roadway projects. The Hot Shot H features a patented heat exchanger system yielding ultra fast heat up (full heat in under 50 minutes) and a replaceable combustion chamber for infinite service life. It's loaded with standard features such as a submerged pump to prevent freeze ups and splash free loading chamber. It offers a variety of options such as heated overhead boom and self-loading-systems. Our OJK double jacketed kettles features a center convection heat riser, a larger heat sink and full sweep agitation for fast melt times. Electronic temperature controls with digital thermostat offers a heating range from 150-550F. Flow control applicator wands allow precise material flow. Our heated hose features an inexpensive heating element that does 'not' require an expensive hose replacement like other brands. Our PT-10SM is a Stationary Melter Kettle with a  10 gallon capacity, direct fire melter kettle, used to melt and dispense of a variety of products such as rubberized crack sealer, roofing tar materials, waterproofing products and other direct fire heated products. The PT-10SM Stationary Melter Kettle’s small size and light weight (80Lbs) allows it to be easily transported on a trailer or pickup truck or to the roof of a building.  A hand agitator handle allows an operator to mix the product as needed. Our low profile Bottom Fired and Flue fired Roofing Kettles are designed for heating, hauling storing and pumping asphalt and emulsions and roofing tar products.  Our melter kettles are built to work with various materials; bitumens, emulsions, crack sealants, seal coating materials and roofing materials.
