Our OJK double jacketed kettles features a center convection heat riser, a larger heat sink and full sweep agitation for fast melt times. Electronic temperature controls with digital thermostat offers a heating range from 150-550F. Flow control applicator wands allow precise material flow. Our heated hose features an inexpensive heating element that does 'not' require an expensive hose replacement like other brands. The PT-10 Asphalt Crack Melter will help you save time and increase profits. The PT-10 is a 10 gallon "Melting Kettle On Wheels" The PT-10 melter is highly portable and gets where bigger kettles cant go, between buildings and in the far away parts of parking lots. The 1/8" thick rear steel wheels prevent won't pick-up hot tar like a rubber wheel kettle. If the wheels get crackfiller on them, simply melt it off using the torch burner which is included with the kettle. The kettle has a simple hand activated material agitator which frees any build up at the top of the valve body. Agitation of the hot rubberized material also prevents the plastic wrapper from plugging the valve intake. Our crack sealant applicators have a durable finish, and the propane burner allows for fast heat up and melting of the crack filler. You can typically begin crack filling in just 0 to 15 minutes!! Our PT-10 melter comes complete with 4' hose, burner, POL bottle connector, regulator and thermometer. All you need is a bottle of propane and you're off and going! Our units incorporate a steel thermometer. The inner and outer box are both made from 14 GA steel and will not warp. Just fill this melter applicator with blocks of crack filler and your on your way. The PT-10 is quick and can apply material as fast as you can chase the crack!

High profile flue fired kettles are designed for heating, hauling, storing and pumping asphalt and emulsions and common uses include foundation spraying, roofing applications and others. Available in sizes from 120-800 gallons, propane or diesel fired. The kettle is heated by a flue submerged in the melting tank, easily removable for maintenance and cleaning.
